  3.    Limited Media Warranty: Graphic Detail Inc. warrants to the original
  4. purchaser only, that the storage media which this material is recorded
  5. on shall be free from defects in material and workmanship only for a 
  6. period of thirty(30)days from the date of original purchase. The duration 
  7. of any statutorily implied warranty not excluded hereunder shall not
  8. exceed this thirty (30) day period. This warranty does NOT include defects 
  9. arising from accident, abuse, misapplication or target practice. If a 
  10. defect covered by this warranty occurs within this 30 day warranty period,
  11. and the media is returned to the dealer from whom it was acquired not later 
  12. than five (5) days of the end of such thirty (30) day period, the dealer
  13. may at his option replace the storage media with new media and return the
  14. defective media to Graphic Detail Inc. for replacement. If the dealer is
  15. unable or unwilling to replace the defective media under this media
  16. warranty, it can be returned directly to Graphic Detail for replacement.
  17. This warranty gives you specific rights, you may have other rights which
  18. vary from state to state. Some states do not allow limitations on the
  19. length of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you.
  20. DISCLAIMER: EXCEPT AS SET FORTH ABOVE, THIS MATERIAL IS PROVIDED "AS IS"
  21. WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER IMPLIED OR EXPRESS, STATUTORY OR
  22. OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF 
  23. NONINFRINGEMENT, MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

  29. STORAGE MEDIA. IN NO EVENT SHALL GRAPHIC DETAIL INC. AND/OR THE 
  30. INDIVIDUAL AUTHORS BE LIABLE FOR AY PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY,
  31. LOSS OF USE, OR OTHER INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL COSTS, 
  32. EXPENSES OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DAMAGES FOR LOST 
  33. PROFITS, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION OR DATA WHICH MAY BE LOST OR RENDERED
  34. INACCURATE, EVEN IF GRAPHIC DETAIL INC. AD/OR THE INDIVIDUAL AUTHORS
  35. HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. Some states do 
  36. not allow limitations of consequential or incidental damages or 
  37. exclusions of implied warranties, so these limitations or exclusions
  38. may not apply to you.
